Accudynamics, LLC acquires Star Glo Industries, Inc. Metal Business

East Rutherford, New Jersey April 24, 2023 – Makers Forward, LLC portfolio company Accudynamics, LLC, acquires the metal products machining business of Star-Glo Industries, Inc, which follows the sale of the Star Glo rubber business in January 2023. The business will continue under a newly formed entity, Star Glo Precision, LLC, and maintain the Star Glo name and website. Star Glo relocated to Carlstadt, New Jersey and will continue to provide premium quality machining, assembly, and development of custom components for aerospace, defense, government, medical, and other industries. The acquisition strengthens Accudynamics capabilities and capacity with additional Swiss machining. Star Glo’s metal products employees will become a part of the Makers Forward, LLC family of companies.

Star Glo was founded in 1950 and grew into a more than 100,000 square foot Swiss screw machining, rubber, and rubber to metal assemblies, manufacturing operation. Star Glo’s state of the art CNC Swiss machining department has built its reputation by manufacturing the highest quality custom parts through dedicated service and quality workmanship.
